I work alongside you to create a smooth, professional experience from planning to delivery, with clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and portraits you’ll actually be proud to use. My goal is simple: make picture day easy for you and beautiful for your dancers.

1 Preparation

I begin with an on-site visit to your studio to plan for a smooth, efficient picture day. We’ll choose your preferred backdrop, map out the timeline, and discuss posing preferences so everything reflects your studio’s style and runs exactly as you expect.

2 Communication

Picture Day, Ordering & Delivery

I handle direct communication with parents through a dedicated parent webpage that explains what to expect, pricing, and picture day details. You’ll also receive ready-to-use posters and copy for your studio app, email, or social media if you’d like to share reminders your way.

3 Execution

I set up at your convenience. Either early the day of or the day before and follow the agreed-upon schedule. All ordering happens after picture day through a simple online gallery with no forms required. You can choose to distribute finished images at the studio or have them shipped directly to families.

Portrait Options

Dancer’s will participate in individual pictures per costume, a group picture and sibling pictures should the studio permit it.

Headshots

Our studio offers Professional headshots for dance studio staff, student teachers, or cast leads. These clean, consistent portraits that elevate your brand and build trust with families. Designed for websites, marketing, and studio displays, these polished headshots showcase the people behind your studio with confidence and professionalism.

I’m a local photographer, based here in Hollister, CA. I have been photographing Hollister dance students for 9 years now. With my two daughters in dance, I have first-hand experience seeing how committed and hard working dancers are. My aim is to highlight their very best! It brings me so much joy to be able to bring attention to their skill, technique, and passion.
